JTP's Supported Sober Living Program provides housing for men and women in the Inland Empire. Living in lovely homes in very nice neighborhoods, our housing residents are involved in the following supportive services:
Choose to Change: Classes scheduled weekly in two hour sessions, designed to explore communication styles, boundary setting, coping skills, relaxation techniques, and healthy relationships.
Life Management Skills: Offered monthly, designed to discuss the skills necessary to deal withe everyday life challenges, such as personal finances, budgeting, personal hygiene, transportation, relationship issues, relapse prevention, holiday stress prevention.
One-on-One Sessions: Each participant meets with a Supported Sober Living Manager once every two weeks to discuss his or her progress as it relates to his or her Individualized Action Plan. Discussed are any challenges the participant might be having and any issues the participant desires to resolve or work toward inspiring individualized growth.
Monthly House Meetings: Once a month, the Supported Sober Living Manager attends a house meeting designed to confront any unresolved areas of concern, list any necessary repairs within the house, resolve any disputes among residents, and ensure each house member is contributing to the house fund.
Entertainment Events: Activities such as card night, bowling, camping, nature hikes, movies, etc. are organized.
